No contract accepted but ITC shows active contract

<p>Please urgently investigate as this has caused my Homeloan to be declined. I app**** for a contract with MTN but cancelled the application as they took too long to provide me with feedback. I accepted a contract with Cell C and got my phone within half an hour. My FNB Bank account was debited with a MTN premium for a cellphone that I did not receive. MTN listed this account on my payment profile and is currently showing an installment of R16 663?????</p> <p>I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE AND NEED THIS REMOVED TODAY, BEFORE GETTING ATTORNEYS INVOLVED FOR INCONVIENCE CAUSED. </p>
