No contact made

I have app**** 4 times now for a sim only contract, an additional contract, with mtn. I get an email acknowledging the application, with a reference number, etc, and stating someone will phone me within 48 hours. I've had 1 call, which was cut after 3 minutes. This is not the 1st time I'm having this issue. Why must a person fight before something gets done
