No contact from repair centre and lost refno

A week ago i sent my phone in for repairs in Cape Town Montaque Gardens and have heard nothing, not even a sms to see if it was booked in, now i have another problem, the little paper with the ref number have been blown out of my hand today by high speed winds. how can they be contacted, there a re no email, i lost all contact detail, don't want a wrong person to pick it up!
