No contact from MTN to cancel a contract!

On the 18/01/2023 I tired to get ahold of a consultant 3 times to cancel a contract but the line just goes dead. I then sent a message to their Facebook to assist in canceling a contract and was advised that I would receive a call in 48 hours. To date no call was received and I've followed up 3 times with the agents on Facebook.

Today again I try contacting the call center with no success.

MTN customer service levels have really dropped!
