No consultant option

Can we sue mtn for intentionally trying to divert traffic by intentionally hiding the option to speak to consultants and therefore forco g people to fix their own network problems. There is literlayy no option to speak to a consultant. I tried all day yesterday and today. You keep getting rerouted to options you don't want.!!
