No constructive feedback
I posted a complaint last week and a 'mike' rep**** saying there would be follow ups with the relevant department on the repair of my Sony Z3.<br> <br> None of my details were asked for so what kind of follow up was made? He does not have my IMEI number so Mike let me know how you followed up?<br> <br> My phone is still at the repair center and I am awaiting some feedback here.

i tried calling you on the number *** it goes through to voicemail can i kindly have the job number for repairs as per they need from our repairs department.
