No consideration for ones privacy and the sickly

Have been clients of MTN for almost 12 years if not longer. I have a husband whom is terminally ill and every two hours night and day we have had messages regarding data that is finished. Now honestly who is going to buy data at 2 or 4 in the morning?Can one not choose when one wants to purchase one's data? I called to complain regarding the sms but everyone seems to think is a big joke!! I clearly see this as harassment of our privacy, and if it doesn't stop I will need to take legal action because as I mentioned my husband can't get a good night's rest with this constant sms of which I have the necessary proof.
