No connectivity while in Mozambique on Movitel

I have contracts with MTN and requested one number ********** 352 to be on Roaming while i'm in Mozambique for two weeks. Firstly the data balance i have in my account is not operational in Mozambique and there is no connectivity on simcard. Unless i connect to the Hotel WIFI in the evening . Kindly advise my wife on ********** 602 if the unbilled amount i'm seeing when i dial *131*1 option 3 and then option 2 for unbilled amount will be what will be billed to me at the end of the month. If yes, kindly cancel this roaming service as today as i can't use the data that is on my account and i will get a local vodacom simcard to use while i'm in Mozambique. Furthermore, kindly add her on my account as authorised person to enquire anything on my MTN account as Lungile she spoke with now at 11:55 says she not authorised even when i given my wife my MTN pin to confirm that she is authorised to speak on my behalf.
