no connection but pay

I moved from my residents Dawnpark (East Rand) taking up residents (Pretoria CBD) closure to work with my Home Router, the connection every morning states "connected without internet" and have to call, upon being assisted numeruos times each and everyday it again falls closing to afternoon. was informed of "Location Violation" and needed to change my address on teh systems, only to be told that there is no coverage in my PTA residence (yet it works fine after being hassled with changing location) , I cant change my location as there is no coverage I cant cancel cause i need to pay the remainder of the contract, I cant change to month to month cause Ill need to first cancel the first contract, I cannot connect as there is connection without internet" and worse I recently found out that its not uncapped its actually 400Gigs and wants done thats why its slow to my shock. so Im paying for uncapped thats "capped" and unable to use it yet alone cancel it. connection is there but its not connecting
