No confirmation as promised
I took up an upgrade last week Friday. I have not received the sms confirmation or email as promised. What is happening? please advise

15 Sept 2023, 10:18Just an update MTN. Thanks to your arrogance after 3 attempts to upgrade and not getting it right I went to Vodacom online. My new vodacom contract and phone was delivered in 3 days. You lost a customer after almost 15 years of loyalty.
