No Communication/Just ******* Service

Now been waiting over a month for a resolution to the problem on my account- upgraded with booster bundle addition which just got forgotten about.

Empty promises about getting this sorted and yet again nothing. Calls ate recorded - so just pull up the call and you will hear my request and the agents confirmation.

What an absolute waste of time. I'll be cancelling my contract. So sad that a big company such as MTN just doesn't care about their customers- after having been with them for 6 years. And the only way to get a response is to complain on Hello Peter. They don't return phone calls and one can never even speak to someone in charge. Utterly disappointed.
