NO COMMUNICATION / PHONE CALLS
I had it with MTN. For the past week my husband and I are still waiting for a call back regarding his MTN account that was handed over to their legal department. Just would to know how much is outstanding and if they receive paymeny for our dept counsellors. Is it so difficult just to pick up a phone and to communicate with a client? I have 4 contracts with MTN abd is so fed up with this *** service! But if you don't pay MTN they are quick to call you of email with regard to NON PAYMENT ISSUES.... hopefully someone can assist us now?
