No communication or customer free will!!!

Oh, #MTN! Disgrace again! Apparently when upgrading one's contract, it changes to a nil credit on calls which means that when the free minutes had run out, you can't call. I have a contract because of the fact that I could make a call anytime. As I run my business through my cell phone as well as for safety reasons, I need to ALWAYS be able to make a call. Given the fact that NO-ONE told me that there is a credit limit on my calls or even that I have to set it, just shows how absolutely disgraceful MTN's service is. I did not give permission for my limit to be zero as I did not even know about it. #MTNSUCKS!!! <br> <br> I have now set my credit limit but now it will only take effect in 24 - 48 hours in which time I cannot make ONE CALL!!!!! And this is not my fault!<br> <br> Thank you, MTN!
