No communication from insurance claims

Mtn is all happy go lucky until you log a claim then everything becomes glacial. In December I experienced some technical issues with my router, I took it to mtn where they told me that it would take 2 to 4 weeks to replace. We are currently in February almost March and still no form of communication nor new router. Then in January I lost my cellular device, logged a claim with the insurance and guess who never came back to me to this day?Hello Peter serious needs to have zero stars as a rating because companies like these does not even deserve 1 star.
