No Communication

This is the most difficult company to get hold of when trying to call. None of the numbers or emails are effective or working. Trying to resolve my query - phoning them, it goes to voice mail. The lady talks so fast you need to listen several times just to get the correct email address. Calling the customer number is also just going quiet....several days on end now!!!!! They are basically non existant...useless
