No communication

The online upgrade appears so convenient but the lack of communication is mind blowing. I've been approved for and upgrade and the account has been changed to the new package but Where is my phone??? I've had no indication whether I'll even get a phone? Don't use online upgrade! Got stand in a queue for 10 mins and get your phone.

Nobody is getting contracts for the 1 gig for R200 THEY WANT THE PHONE?
