No communication at all

App**** like 3 times online and then MTN states they will contact you from a 063 number within 8 hours. has been days and no one contacted me regarding my online application. Very poor service and not holding up to what they advertise.

Do not mislead customers with your promises if you cannot adhere to it yourself.
