No communication
I submitted my insurance claim to fix my phone 3 weeks ago and did not get any communication. I later sent an email enquiring and no one rep****. I have been calling the call centre 6 times waiting over 30 minutes before I get cut off. No one is will to help! Turnaround time is not met. No communication with clients, call centre not operating
