NO COMEBACK AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS

I had a cell phone contract through Nashua with MTN. My account was transferred from Nashua to MTN Nov 2014. Since Jan 2015 my account has been increased by different amounts and as of June the increased debit amounts to R174 more per month. I originally sent an email in response to a bill I received and queried it. I had no comeback after a week and half other than the auto response. I then another email but again, without any comeback. I then attempted various times to contact them per 808 but was cut off. I persisted and eventually got through to a lady and was on the phone for an hour and a half. She advised that I had instructed them to add extra data bundles to my account which I argued about as I did not give this instruction. She said she would look into it and get back to me. This was on 16 May and I have had no comeback. I have been trying to contact them again for the last 2 weeks and am either cut off or am not able to hold on for another hour.
What do we need to do to get a decent service out of MTN. Our company account will be up for renewal in December and at this rate I will definitely moving the contract over to Vodacom.
Analeste Tribe (Lawntrim
