No cellular service
Mtn has been down in Graaff-Reinet since early on Sunday afternoon. We have absolutely no connectivity whatsoever. I have had to buy a Vodacom sim to use as a wifi hotspot for emails and WhatsApp but cannot receive any calls or text messages. This is affecting my work.
