No cell signal for a month. confirmed by MTN technical dept

Since mid December 2019 till 20 January 2020, the towers covering Horison Roodepoort area around Paul Kruger and Mouton street have been intermittent and problematic. I have called technical support 3x and every time the same reasons given,. "There are multiple towers in that area with problems , our technicians are busy......". How many business people other than myself must be affected, a month of almost no signal, Come on MTN please sort out your service
