No cell phone service Tarkastad town

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to me by MTN. We have had no cell reception on the following days, Wednesday (30/01/2019) till Friday afternoon (01/02/2019) and again from Sunday morning (03/02/2019) until now. This is really getting to be a big problem and is unacceptable to me as a customer with three contracts. I cannot run my business properly since my clients and suppliers cannot contact me. We rely on our cell phones for communication as a construction firm in the field. I have contacted MTN customer care via e-mail and they have not responded yet.
