No cell phone delivery

My MTN contract expired on 5 May 2020 and I signed a new contract on 6 April 2020. However, despite numerous queries, I am still waiting for my new cell phone as of today, 12 May 2020. Ms Petunia Dube is not even responding to my inquiries. The services is atrocious to say the least!
