no care for customers but takes our money
i have been calling the customer care line everyday since last week monday for service and still no service. i get promised my issue is getting escalated and someone will be in contact with me but still nothing is done. i have even spoken to the call centre supervisor but still no feedback. this is disgusting that i have to be paying for something im not using.

20 Mar 2018, 14:24still no response from MTN everyday is a new story of my issue getting escalated and its with senior management and someone is going to get back to me. promises after promises and still no response. tomorrow they will want they money for something i did not use. very quick to take my money but not quick to reply
