NO CARE ATTITUDE

MTN has blacklisted my Vodacom cellular device in error. I contacted the Vodacom Blacklisting Dept who confirmed that MTN has blacklisted my device (prob in error) as I use a Vodacom device and cellular number. I walked into the MTN store in Tygervalley Mall on Sat, 09/01/2016 to query this and request assistance as to how this can be unblacklisted. Without even listening to what happened the store assistant had a no care attitude, she then queried the half a story I had provided to her with her manager and they were quick to just advise, \Sorry you need to go back to Vodacom". My daughter called the store and queried this with the store manager"
