no care as long as they get money by robbing customers

After i lodged a comlaint here on 17 of september about my contract a guy by the name of Mazwi Zuma phoned me and i explained my problem he promised to look at it and come back to me after 2 days or so.till today he has never bothered to call me.insted on the 15 of october my account wa deducted with the same huge amount of the contract i took in july under the pretance that i will pay 299 a month but 413 has been deducted since the contract my heart pains if i had a choice i would cancell this contract.clearly mtn doesnt care all they want is money irrespective of theweather the client is happy or not.
