NO CALLS NO SMS

Hi, on the 21st of May 2022 my phone got blocked from mtn, i cannot receive calls, i cannot receive sms, my phone number is on voicemail, I've called mtn almost every second day, i was told to do a swim swap which i did on the 28 of may but till this day, i still cant receive any calls or sms, i called a lady told me to switch off my phone and switch on again in 10 mins time but still nothing, more than 3 consultants told me to do this but still nothing, everyone i speak to at mtn tells me my number is okay and should be active but its not, i changed phones but still nothing, so it is not the phone, i'm very frustrated and angry as nobody can get hold of me, i spoke to another consultant and she advised me to do another swim swap which i didn't, i cant keep on doing swim swaps with no results. I've been an mtn customer for more than 12 years and not willing to change my number, I NEED MY NUMBER BACK PLEASE MTN. i cannot be reached anywhere at this point, tomorrow marks a whole month without me receiving calls or sms. ***
