No call centre answer
In the last few days Mtn has been overcharging for calls. Myself and my friends with Mtn have been noticing this. I loaded R60 airtime and made a 2 minute call to an MTN number and R10 was deducted. This is ****************! When you try to contact the call centre they put you on hold for 15 minutes and then drop the call. This has happened a few times. I am extremely dissatisfied.
