No Call back or answer from MTN Direct
Hi<br> <br> I submitted requests for 2 new contracts this morning. I am yet to get a call back from MTN Direct and the call centre doesn't pick up even after holding for 30 minutes.<br> Not the way to treat new business.<br> Application Numbers: #***5 & #***4<br> <br>
