No Call-Back
I was promised that Ridwan (a manager) would phone before 09h00. I am not interested in talking to a call centre agent, and it seems that the managers at the call centre are also too spineless to contact me. Why is no one getting back to me? Or should I stop paying your salaries before I am contacted?
