No bundles till now

I took a contact with mtn on Saturday the 7th of October and I was told that I would receive 10gig complementary bundles, and that I will receive 360mb, 50min and 50sms's I haven't received any of this yet. I have contacted the customer service center numerous times and they tell me my query has been escaleted but still no response or bundles. I'm even thinking of canceling this contract with them.
