No banking department existing at MTN

@MTN If anyone knows how to get the attention of MTN's banking department please let me know because it seems to me that their banking department does not exist anymore.

I have been logging requests for my credit refund since December 2024 and this matter has been escalated for over 2 month now with MTN banking department.

Is it this hard for MTN to give me my refund back for my credit on which they overcharged me.

Good luck to anyone trying to get their credit back from MTN don't hold your breath trying to reach their banking department.

I hope someone from MTN's banking department sees this post to contact me to give me my refund.
