no assistance with phone
Good day, kindly assist and advise I wants my handset to be fixed, i've been going up and down with this phone it doesn't get fixed under insurance, I'm an ex Altech client i went to MTN in Protea Gardens the consultant (Kelebogile Taolo) couldn't assist, she just sent an e-mail to MTN insurance on the @1st March & I haven't received and responds as yet, please also advise i was charged by finrite insurance R1500.00, as i got my phone back from them on the 18th March which was still not been fixed because there saying find my iPhone is on and which is not i logged on another iPhone from a friend and of which is stating is switched off(i've got prove that its offline).<br> <br> NB:- I've been taking or reporting my phone since last year December 2015, this is really frustrating as I'm paying for the phone and insurance.<br> <br> IPhone 6<br> Imei:***<br> <br> kind regards<br> <br> Naledi<br>
