No assistance to close contract

M really angry with the poor service from MTN . Don’t ever take contract with them because if u want to settle the balance and close contract they don’t assist you.

As from Monday been calling to request settlement amount they transfer you to retentions department and they don’t pick up , u cannot tell me even u experiencing high callls volume the whole week u cannot get through their department

M really sad because if u don’t pay u rush to blacklist us bt I want to settle the account and busy running around. I don’t think in future I’ll be a customer to MTN and I warn other people to not fall trap on this company as myself. Don’t ever take MTN contract.
