No assistance on incorrect debit order

This weekend, MTN deducted almost R7000 from my account, while my monthly premium is not NOTHING close to that. I have phoned them several times, but no one answers, so you get no assistance, and I am paying penalties on my account as all my other debit orders did not go through. How do I get this resolved
