NO Assistance, NO help

What does a person have to do just to get assistance from MTN. I mean I paid my contract account up to date but yet money is still being debited from my account. which I can not understand. My number is blocked i am not getting my airtime and data, but my bank account is being debited i have called so many time with no assistance and no help legal does not reply to any of my emails. Can I please get urgent assistance so that my account can be updated and sorted out please.
