No assistance in canceling contract that has ended and im still getting billed.

I called Mtn to cancel my contract that ends tomorrow 11/11/22 received a ref ***. I requested that they cancel the contract and not bill me for Nov. called twice to be exact ans the laat call i was told that an agent will contact me to finalize cancelation that has still yet to happen.

Now i called again today and i am so puzzled..

Can someone explain why im still yet to pay for November? As per retentions agent when i asked that the contract be canceled on the 11th.
