No Assistance If You Are A Victim Of *****

I received a phone call this morning while sick in bed from someone claiming to work at MTN in Bedfordview. They asked if I am trying to do a sim swop on my phone. I said no. They said a Nataniël van Heerden requested it and I will receive an OTP and they will stop it. I didn't have to give him the OTP as he read it to me and it matched. He then said the case would now go to MTN ***** department. Wanting to check that all is fine I phoned MTN on 135. I explained to the person and she said don't give them the OTP. I rep**** I did but they also already had it and I noticed over 3000 of my loyalty points were transferred to another nr. So I asked what must I do now and can they reverse it. She said no and there is nothing that could be done. Okay so I was a victim of ***** in this case. Clearly the ********** somehow accessed MTN's system to obtain my details and they use MTN's services to commit these crimes. I asked to speak to a senior manager and was told MTN can't assist and she dropped the call. I called again and after again explaining what happened I was told that MTN did sent out SMS's to warn customers not to give out OTP's. I never saw such an SMS. Besides the point I have the nr my points were transferred to and the nr I was called from and still they can't reverse it? Further more I was not offered any assistance to investigate this ***** and again I could not speak to a senior manager. So my conclusion is that MTN has no intention to try and curb *****. All of the blame is mine and MTN can just stand back and say sure it happened but oh yes we warned you so we are not doing a thing about it. How is it not possible to reverse those points back? Is the technology not available in this modern day? Further to that MTN loyalty points can only be used on MTN so my points went to a nr on the MTN network where someone will use it. Should MTN not at least block that nr knowing it is used to commit *****? After more than 25 years of being a client I'm done with MTN. I will cancel all my contracts as I feel that not even attempting to investigate or offering any assistance I cannot be with a service provider that is not interested in curbing *****.
