No assistance from MTN - Call Centre, Repair Centre, Technical Department or the MTN HEAD OFFICE

MTN has to be the worst cellular network. I took my iPhone into the repair centre in Montague Gardens because it was charging intermittently. They took the phone in, made us aware of the R330 that must be paid for the phone to be assessed. No feedback for 4 weeks - we called into the repair centre, they could not assist as they say the phone was bent and theres nothing they can do. I have done some research and this is actually a fault with iphone which is listed on the Apple website. Now if the if this is a fault with the phone (Apple). Should my phone not be replaced my MTN, beacuse they cannot repair it. Secondly they didnt even look at the fact that phone was not charging, except telling me all the time that the phone is bent. Anyway I collected my phone, paid the R330 to get the phone back. I got the phone charging, but now I have a no service error. I looked this up and what do you no, this is again on Apples website. This is now clear thet MTN needs to replace the phone and send this problem phone back to them. But yeat when I call into the any of the contact centres or head office, nobody has a answer except that we must bring the phone back to be assed again. I am not going to pay the R330 again if this is a common problem with the iPhone6 on the cellphone manufacturers website. Me bring the phone in, what is mtn going to assess if apple knows this is a problem.

I need someone to get back to me, and I would prefer someone at head office, in senior position, who can handle this type of problem.

So no you have the background... please can someone contact me urgently.
