No assistance form MTN

They have sent me a statement showing that my last payment was not allocated to my contract and there is a payment outstanding (a second payment)

I requested from them to send me a full detailed statement to show which month is outstanding and I jave forwarded proof of payment for June'23.

MTN refuse to infor me which month is outstanding and refuse to send me a fully detailed statement so I can see for my self which month is outstanding.

They are only willing to forward the last statement for June'23 and I keep requesting for information.

Now they requested me to send personal info after THEY stated you should never give such info out???
