No assistance for complaints

I got a home Wi-Fi router from these guys almost 2 years ago.. from around February this year, I have been having issues with streaming interruptions every other month and I've called, sent emails called and called and called some more to no avail.

The padt2 weeks or so, it has been really bad, again I called the call center and was advised to log a complaint with their coverage guys.. to this day, I'm still not assisted and I am still having issues with connectivity and even I call I get no assistance. It's really ridiculous that I pay timeously energy month, yet can barely enjoy what I'm paying for!!! 😒
