NO ASSISTANCE FOR CLIENTS, CALL CENTRE SHUT DOWN

On Wednesday evening I bought an MTN recharge voucher and the voucher number was scratched, causing recharging to be impossible. There was a service where I could call the call centre and give them more info on the voucher so they can load they airtime from their side. <br> Now their call centre is closed. I'm desperate to make use of this airtime. And I wish to be compensated for my precious time that has been wasted. I will be moving my business to another network, MTN is just not performing for me anymore. <br> Someone better call me soon.
