No Assistance

I have a MTN Pay as you Go package for many years now. All of a sudden my airtime and data is just dissapearing. I have taken my phone (Samsung S5 mini) to a MTN outlet to see if there was something wrong with my settings, but according to them all settings was in order. Then I took my phone to the Samsung shop in the Clearwater Mall, and again they confirmed that all my settings was in place and that there is no updates running unless I was in a Wifi area. The problem became worse. I have usually used 100 MB per week, now I am using more than 100 MB per day. (This can be verified on utilised billing) The day before yesterday I phone MTN again (I have phone them numerious times before) as the night before I have loaded R30 on my phone and diverted R15 into data. By bedtime I still had R15 airtime and 72 MB. The next morning I was waken by a sms that I have received R55 wow minutes and knew that I only could have received this if I had used either airtime or data. When I did a *141# enquiry I realised that my data was Nil again. When I spoke to the operator she said I was on Internet between 1 AM and 6 AM, which I couldn't because I was asleep. She reffered me to another number, 1555, to find out which apps was running. The person there, Vingesh, was so rude to me. He did not give me time to explain what happened and he constantly was interrupting me. At a point I asked him to please stay quiet so that I can speak on which he rep**** he cannot give me any details on what applications was running or what Internet sites I visited in this period, but yes I was on Internet in that time period. This is absolutely a money making scandal! I want to warn everybody against MTN as their service are very poor as well as their benefits. How can I loose airtime and data while I am asleep and whilst my phones settings was perfectly in order not to update any application if I am not in a wifi area. I am on a Pay as you Go as I cannot afford a contract, but my airtime and data is now costing me an arm and a leg. Shame on you MTN!!
