No answer when trying to report a ****** phone
My cell phone was ****** at 6.15 on Tuesday 21 July in a smash and grab. I got home after 6.30pm and attempted to report my phone ******. Initially *** did not answer at all with message saying the number was incorrect. Finally I got through and keyed in details. Now been listening to music for more than 30 minutes and counting. HOW DO YOU REPORT A ****** PHONE AND STOP THE ACCOUNT BEING RUN UP BY ******* WHEN NOBODY ANSWERS THE CALL. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CALLS MADE AFTER 5.30PM ON TUESDAY 21 JULY.
