No answer when dialling 135!!!
I have tried 4 times to reach you today at ask you to debit my account. Why should I have to struggle to reach you to tell you to take my phone? Please will you get your billing department to phone me urgently.

I have had three unpleasant experiences in the past few days that I need to reach you.
As an experienced former call center manager I can tell you that I was not impressed with the arrogant employee who I got on the phone three times.
Please listen to the calls with the following reference numbers:

********** 63
********** 73
You'll hear in all three calls that Tlotlo talks over me, tells me that I am not understanding and actually LAUGHS at me as tell him that he is not understanding my request or when I ask him not to talk over me.
In this call ********** 73 (I think, sorry not sure whether reference number is right) he didn't do his check properly and put me through to the complete wrong department.
The woman who he had put me through to ask me to uninstall apps on my phone when I was just trying to buy data.
This is why people get fed up and outright ****ed off with MTN customer service.
My friends and my boyfriend are confused as to why I have not left you guys long ago already.
