No answer when calling the call centre

I am currently on the phone calling the MTN call centre for the 3rd day in a row. I have not been able to get through at all. I need to cancel my MTN Data contract but when I go to any MTN store I'm told to call the call centre on 808. This is really shocking service. I'm still unable to get through.
