No answer on telephone

Good day<br> <br> I sent my Samsung S4 Mini in to MTN -(The one near Spur Branch) last week Tuesday. The screen is cracked, so I sent it in by them to check if Samsung will repair it. <br> <br> When I phone there is no answer: Number: *** and when I went there last week Tuesday, I asked her why nobody is answering the phone, she said that when she is busy, she doesn't answer the phone. This is very unprofessional and the fact that they don't appoint someone else to answer the phones is a disgrace. <br> <br> This morning I went there again to check on it, because she said she will let me know what is going on with the phone on Wednesday, 25/11/2015 and nobody phones me to let me know what is going on. <br> <br> When I went there, she wasn't there. <br> <br> I would just like to know what is going on with my phone, I keep on phoning and it just rings the whole time. Every time you ask her, she says that when the shop is busy, she doesn't answer the phone.<br> <br> Please help me to get this sorted out. <br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Mari Birkenstock
