NO ANSWER ON HELLOPETER COMPLAINT
I rep**** to REQ *** & REQ *** on 11 Aug 15:14. I have received two different answers about the same question and the information/reply from MNT on both are incorrect. I have proof that we receive confirmation from MTN every month that we do receive 1G of date but then we get billed for anything in excess of 500MB. Can SOMEONE please once and for all give me a proper answer and proof as well!

Kindly be advised that on the number ***, you are provisioned with 500MB plus 500MB promotional Night Express monthly, As per billing query logged REQ:***: Please note that all data charges are valid as per ITB. Charges vs. usage.
N.B. please note that the increase in charges is due the price increase as of the 01/04/2015. Client is now billed R0.99 incl vat per mb OOB.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
