No answer, no service

I am so fed up. Mtn kariega is moving to a new location, and thry can help me at this moment. They said I mist go to Port Elizabeth's MTN store, but the problem is I dont have time or transport. I want to cancel my contract with MTN with immediate effect. I have tried to phone customer care numerous times, and eventually a guy answered the phone, took my details and pit me through to a different department. The problem is that they don't answer their phones l. I've spended more then 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I also tried to phone Port Elizabeth's MTN store, but there is no answer aswel. Mtn should pull their finger or else they will loose alot of clients. This is why I am cancelling my contract.
