No answer no claim
<p>Mtn has found the perfect way to make money. How?? Sell a product but make it impossible for the customer to collect, so all you are actually doing is paying Mtn every month to make your life extremely difficult.. </p> <p>I has this same problem in 2014 when I tried to claim from Mtn insurance for my cracked cellphone screen. It's impossible to get through, so how can you claim? After complaining on social media for a while I managed to get some extremely slow progress. When I tried cancelling the useless policy, I found it quite impossible and eventually gave up, giving them exactly what they wanted. </p> <p>Im trying to claim again and it's deja vu. Please Mtn help me. I pay every month .</p>
